The ACT Region’s Ladies’ Wing warmly invites all to attend its annual Ladies’ Day Celebration. The event will take place on Sunday, 20 November 2016 at 10:00 am. The venue is South Canberra Sai Centre, 95 Batchelor St., Torrens. The program includes a guest speaker, devotional singing and a Ladies’ Wing report. Light refreshments will be provided.

Twenty-one years ago on November 19, 1995, Sathya Sai Baba on the occasion of His 70th Birthday Celebrations, declared that henceforth, the 19th of November would be celebrated as Ladies’ Day to honour and pay reverence to Womanhood. This celebration is now observed annually throughout the world by the Sathya Sai Organisation.

It has been the custom in the ACT Region for all ladies to attend the event wearing an attire of their choice in a common colour to promote a sense of connection and unity. This year, participants are requested to chose attire featuring either orange or blue.
