South Australian Region members of the Sathya Sai Organisation International Organisation of Australia & PNG will be observing Easter Sunday attending A Mass service at ‘The Monastery’ (St Pauls), Urrbrae SA. A tour of the Sacred Gardens will follow the service.
All are welcome to join us.
Easter is the most sacred time in the Christian calendar. It marks the time of Christ’s supreme sacrifice on behalf of humankind. Above all Christ promoted peace, love, compassion for the distressed and forgiveness. All qualities desperately needed in this troubled world.
When challenged about the greatest of God’s commandments Jesus replied, ‘“Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind.” That is the greatest commandment. It comes first. The second is like it: “Love your neighbour as yourself.” Everything in the Law and the prophets hangs on these two commandments.’ – Matthew 22. 34-40.
Sai Baba exhorts us to: ‘Love all; Serve all’
All the major religions have within them the ‘Golden Rule,’ ‘Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.’
All are invited to join us with a Mass service and guided tour of the Sacred Gardens with their 14 sculptures representing the Stations of the Cross.
