Victoria Region East Ladies wing is kick starting it’s first Sai Ladies Session on July 15 this year with an enlightening and engaging opportunity to come together and share their experiences in a relaxed setting. The session will feature fun and practical tips to help day-to-day life as well as progress on the spiritual journey back to the source.
‘Respect for women is a sign of real culture. – Sathya Sai Baba 3.3.58
The Ladies Program of the Sathya Sai International Organisation of Australia & PNG caters for the ladies within the organisation, although all are very welcome to participate, and do not need to be involved in other activities.
The program is individually developed for each group and collection of groups in a region to meet the needs of the local people. It is an opportunity for ladies to come together to share experience and wisdom, to explore issues particularly relevant to them, and especially to explore practical spirituality from the feminine perspective. They also often engage in service projects within their own groups.
All who are interested in such matters are encouraged to contact your local groups for more information. The session being advertised is a particularly relevant one for gaining more information.
The session’s program includes information about the National Ladies Program Initiatives, but is also covering Stress Management, a service activity styled ‘Share the Dignity’ and a flower arrangement demonstration. The group will also be addressed by inspirational speakers
A particular aim of the Ladies Program is to empower the younger generation with basic life skills to help them in this ever-challenging society of ours.
