The South Australian Region of the Sathya Sai International Organisation of Australia & PNG is holding its annual social Sai cricket match on Saturday, 11 March 2017.

The event will be held at Colley Reserve, Glenelg.

All are welcome.

β€˜In the beginning, sports and athletics were intended mainly to promote health and experience joy. Today these objectives are being forgotten. Everything is being commercialised. Self-interest is becoming predominant. Consequently, peace and happiness are being lost. When sports become a kind of business, there is no room for human values and peace becomes a casualty. It is essential, therefore, that the sense of spiritual oneness should prevail, transcending differences of nationality, language and religion. Only thus can real bliss be experienced. – Sathya Sai Baba 14.1.90

A special invitation is extended to all to attend a friendly social cricket match. It is open to all ages and the emphasis is on friendliness and fun.

Bring snacks to share, chairs and picnic rugs to sit upon and a smile to enjoy the day. Later chips and salad will be served.
