NSW West Region’s Young Adults are running a workshop on Health and Wellbeing designed specifically for those within the 18 – 40 years age-group. This is a very timely event at the end of another busy year. All within the age-group are welcome.
It’s been a long and busy year for the members of NSW Region West Young Adults with a host of activities undertaken apart from the day-to-day family, work or study responsibilities. So… what better time to reflect on the year we’ve had, and to start planning our resolutions for the new decade!
But…over this past year, how has your health and well-being been? How can you improve on that now and beyond into the new year?…Not sure?! Come along to our Young Adults ‘Health & Wellbeing’ Workshop’!
It’s an introductory session where you’ll all get an opportunity to learn about the different factors and approaches towards physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing you can apply in this modern, activity-filled and often stressful time in your lives! The session will be run by experienced Young Adults from the medical profession so you can expect some really useful information and advice.
This will also be the final NSW Region West Young Adults combined session for 2019.
