Sathya Sai Baba said that ‘THE END OF EDUCATION IS CHARACTER’ and emphasises the importance of living one’s life in concert with the five Human Values – Truth, Right Conduct, Peace, Love, and Non-violence. Human values and good character are espoused in Sai Spiritual Education (SSE). Students learn about Spirituality, Unity of Religions, the Fatherhood of God and the Brotherhood of Man as well as about Sai Culture through studying Sathya Sai Baba’s life and teachings.
NSW Regions of the Sathya Sai International Organisation of Australia & PNG are staging a carnival based upon the Human Values in October. Here is an opportunity for Sai Spiritual Education (SSE) children across the regions of NSW to come together as one united SSE family. In addition to assisting children with their spiritual development primarily through what they learn in their SSE classes it is planned that this carnival will give them a taste of outdoor fun intertwined with Sai Baba’s teachings.
Easwaramma Day Celebrations held in Toowoomba on 6th of May 2018. The morning consisted of fun and games (based on values) with the SSE children who were later joined by the wider community and elders which also took part in a ‘serve the planet’ activity. This was followed by morning tea and joke telling
The Sathya Sai Centre of Penrith is holding an Orientation Day for its Sathya Sai Education in Human Values Classes (SSE) on Sunday, 18 March 2018.
Sai Spiritual Education Classes are conducted on a regular basis at Wentworthville, Sydney (NSW Region West). The Centralised Sai Spiritual Education (SSE) of Wentworthville will be celebrating Easwaramma Day and are presenting plays, dramas, skits on the theme of The Golden Thread – Man, Society, Nature and God. There will also be devotional singing.
