The Education Wing of Western Australia Region of the Sathya Sai International Organisation of Australia & PNG is organising a family ‘Funday’ for its Sathya Sai Education (SSE) students and families focusing on environmental awareness on 24 September. All are very welcome.

The 24th of April is the day when Sathya Sai Baba transcended from this transient world into our hearts. Sathya Sai followers all over the world observe April 24 by remembering Him and practising the teachings of Love and Selfless Service to the community. The day will also be observed as World Human Values Day. Events commemorating this day will be held by SSIO throughout Australia.
On 21 January, eight of our WA region members had the privilege of participating in a Family Day Picnic organised by the Sister Kate’s Home Kids Aboriginal Corporation (SKHCAC). This event was being organised to celebrate the success of their programmes and to launch some new initiatives.
The Sathya Sai International Organisation of Australia & PNG, in keeping with its multi-faith spiritual approach of observing holy days of a number of world religions, will be observing the Hindu religion’s Maha Shivarathi, a night dedicated to the aspect of God know as Shiva. The night is traditionally observed as one in which concentration on God in different ways is observed from sunset to sunrise the next day.
A number of the organisation’s regions will be observing this sacred period.
Several Regions and Groups of the Sathya Sai International Organisation of Australia & PNG (SSIO) will be celebrating Christmas as a sacred, loving and joyous occasion.
