As part of the “Journey with Sai” leading to the 100th Birthday Celebrations of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, the NSW Region Ladies Program came together on 21 June 2025 for a heartfelt act of service. In collaboration with Zonta International, a global organization that supports women’s health and well-being, the team lovingly handcrafted 126 breast cushions for women recovering from breast cancer surgery.
Held in a spirit of unity and devotion, the event brought together ladies from across the region to sew and fill the cushions with care and compassion. Each cushion was not just a soft support for physical healing, but also a symbol of Sai-inspired love, comfort, and solidarity with those facing illness and recovery.
This initiative reflects the Sai ideal of “Love All, Serve All”, transforming a practical task into a spiritual offering. Working in silence, prayer, and joy, the ladies expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to serve as instruments of Swami’s love.
As we continue our journey towards the Centenary Celebrations, this project stands as a reminder that true devotion lies in selfless action, where even the simplest act, when done with love, becomes sacred.
